01. Select your desired session
Please review all of my session options available on my website along with my FAQ's and about me to get to know me and my style of work. I want to be sure you feel I am the right fit for you

02. Send a booking enquiry
Please fill in all details for your desired session in my booking form. I will respond with any follow-up questions along with a few date selections

03. Booking Confirmed
Eeek we have selected a date and your session type! I will then send a non-refundable deposit invoice of $150 which needs to be paid to confirm your booking

04. Shoot Prepartion
4 weeks out from your booking I will send you an email confirming our session along with all relevant documents including location guide, client wardrobe guide, styling tips and forms to sign.

05. Location & Styling
LOCATION Explore my location guide to find the perfect backdrop for your family photos. If you have a special place in mind, I’m all ears!
WARDROBE I know styling can be hard! So I have a handing guide that can help you through this process. The most important thing is you feel like your amazing self

06. We are one week out!
The final balance invoice and all forms/questionnaires are due 7 days before your session
Please note failure to do this may result in your session being cancelled
Once payment is made, I will send you an email confirming our meeting spot

07. Shoot Time!
Let's make some memories you will cherish!
I will guide you through the whole session, you might feel a bit shy to start with but I promise you will be perfect and I will capture beautiful moments

08. Gallery Delivery
SNEAK PEAKS I will try to deliver a few snaps from our session within 48 hours
FULL GALLERY I will send you a link to your full gallery via email. You can download all images via that link -

FAQ

How many images do I received?
Each session is different but you receive all edited images via an online gallery. I do not limit the amount of images you get but on average it will be 50 - 80 images

What if it is raining or we are sick?
Great photos and memories are still captured if its sprinkling so if it's sprinkling for your session we will go ahead as planned. However, if heavy rain is expected, we may need to postpone—but this decision will only be made within 24 hours of our session, as weather forecasts can change rapidly.
If your children are unwell (a minor cold isn’t a reason to reschedule), we’ll need to postpone. Likewise, if I'm not feeling well, we'll arrange a new date

What should I wear?
How you style your outfits for our session should reflect you. I am not one to tell you what to wear but I do have advice and a guide on how to select and style your outfits, but you must be comfortable with what you wear!

How do I book a session?
Please contact me to confirm a booking either via email or by filling in my booking form on my website. Once we have confirmed your perfect session type and date I then require a non-refundable deposit fee of $150 to confirm your booking

How long will it take to receive my images?
My turnaround time is 3-4 weeks

Who can I bring to the session?
All my sessions are crafted for immediate family members only however, if you want to include extended family you definitely can! There just will be an additional fee
